Collanmore Island is an island off the west coast of Ireland. One of the larger of the islands in Clew Bay, Collanmore Island is the Home of the The Adventure Islands. The Adventure Island base on Collanmore can be reached via Rossmoney pier about 15 minutes drive west of Westport Town.

Clare Island, County Mayo, has been likened to a great sleeping whale guarding the entrance to ClewBay. Its dramatic contour dominates much of the south Mayo coastline as it overlooks beautiful Clew Bay and its 365 miniature islands.

A Taste of Sailing- this is a brief introductory course to give you a positive introduction to the thrill of sailing. You will learn how to sail across the wind, the basic boat controls and turning the boat through the wind. At the end of this course you will be issued with a Taste of Sailing certificate. Previous knowledge/experience- no prior experience is required.
